Missing holes on the drawer piecesAndreaMy drawer side panels are missing the holes on the sides where the dowel pieces are supposed to fit into. Without them in place the drawers are super wobbly and lose needed structure.
Worst quality and assembly instructionsHafsaI purchased this last night, couldn’t assemble it. Very bad quality and poor assembly instructions. Not sure if ikea will return it as its already damaged by the bottom too.
Awful to assembleMohamadI have been building IKEA furniture for years, and this by far has been the worst to assemble. The instructions are so complicated and convoluted. The "safety features" are built in the worst way possible. I am not sure why it was made this way, its like someone came in and said: how can I make this the most complicated I can? I am also disappointed in the quality of the product. Some holes were drilled in the wrong location and there was damage on some parts that is clearly from manufacturing!! Its like: "lets increase price, complicate the building instructions, and reduce quality" - very disappointed!!!! If I didnt live so far from the store and didnt have to haul it back, it would be back in a heartbeat!!!! I hope someone in IKEA reads this and addresses these concerns!

Missing essential partCaitlinPurchased and upon started to assemble, realized the entire base panel was missing. Went to purchase base panel from store only to learn that I cannot purchase it. Now stuck with this dresser that can’t be assembled and no way to get the spare piece.

STINKS- Smell will not go away. Marie-ChristinePurchased 2 white storklinta dressers in September 2025. They had a powerful odour since day 1. Since then, the smell has overpowered the bedroom and saturated itself into my daughter’s clothing that is stored within them. It will not go away. Concerned we moved them to the basement to ventilate. The smell remains.
Very spacious and sturdyLucyA lot of space. It probably took me around 2 hours to put it together. I advise to put the frame in the area where you are going to use it once it’s built and then add the drawers one by one.

Great ChestKayI bought one of these years back. This new design or improved drawer safety is great. The new drawer lock system is great. Open a drawer and the others lock so you can only one at a time. A solid piece of furniture.
WARNING! Drawers are designed to lock you out!RussellIkea couldn't sell an ordinary dresser, they had to add an internal function that locks you out if it's not fastened to a wall. There should be a HUGE warning right on the main page for this product because I didn't know it even had this until months later. I got this for my Dad in his retirement residence and you can't just drill holes in their walls. So you know what? He just didn't access his clothes. what an absolutely unnecessary pain to add to what should be an ordinary piece of furniture. Avoid.
