Difficult to get cubes outMichelleI really like the size of the trays as they take up very little room in my freezer. And square shape of the cubes is attractive in a cocktail. But the trays themselves are a bit too rigid, it's a struggle to get the cubes out. I will say, they are a good price, and I almost bought two sets. But after using them I'm glad I only bought the one

DO NOT BUY!!VanessaI wanted to love these because they’re so cute but the lids don’t fit properly and the ice cubes are hard to get out. I saw IKEA reps respond to comments here saying that you could return things you weren’t satisfied with within 90 days with a sales receipt. Nope! I brought it to the store to return and they refused to let me return it because I’d used it. How would I know that it doesn’t work well if I hadn’t opened it?! Don’t bother trying to return this if you’ve used it because they won’t accept it. Just don’t buy it in the first place.

The lid does not snap closed, it just rests on top, which is pointless because it easily falls off and doesn't provide any function. It is also difficult to remove the ice cubes; I thought the silicone bottoms would make it easier than my standard hard ice cube trays. I do not recommend.

The cube is a great shape, and the silicone bottom makes it easy to remove 1 or 2 cubes out at a time. But, this product would be so much better if the lids stayed in place. Just a little tweak would make this an outstanding product.

The lid on one broke when I dropped it on the floor, they don't fit tightly on top. The lids also don't stop spilling it when you are taking it from sink to freezer.

Lid does not snap on and stay on; hard to remove ice cubesPrakashI wish I had read the reviews before buying these! They looked great on the store shelf and do indeed have a nice design. However, as NUMEROUS product reviews have complained, the lids do not snap on and do not remain in place. As soon as I removed the cardboard band package, the lids popped off and were impossible to snap closed. On top of that, it was difficult to extricate the ice cubes. If you bought these, don't like them, and wish to return, you have 3 months to do so if opened and used; but 1 year if unopened. Not sure of what the policy is for defective merchandise; probably the same as above. IKEA reserves the right to offer a store credit instead of a refund, which is pretty fair. Other than this product, I've enjoyed all the other dozens of IKEA products. Thank you IKEA.
