did an intern design this bed?TanyaDid an intern design this bed? It is not an easy assembly, and I have put together a great number of Ikea pieces and usually love to do so. This bed would be a nightmare to move, it would not disassemble easily like other Ikea beds I have purchased. There are choices for bed rail height and only one would not require full rail removal in order to disassemble the bed. Choose how high you want your mattress carefully! Did the intern write the instructions? Things like rail and slat holder installations would be much easier if done in a different order - before the bed sides and middle support are attached. Keeping in mind that there is only one rail position that would accommodate bed side assembly .... I don't know what to call them but the circles that screws fit into that you subsequently turn to tighten the bed together are unreasonably hard to line up. The bed looks good and luckily we are not planning on moving from this house.3

Bed squeaks a lot HaadiaI bought this bed 5 months ago and while it’s sturdy, it squeaks a lot. I’ve tightened the screws multiple times and that doesn’t seem to help. Pretty disappointed seeing the price I paid for it.2

Not all parts are incldued!StephenPurchased this in store. Item says 2 boxes, plus slats. Putting it together, and discover essential part, centre support, not included. Useless without it, but nowhere in the store nor in the instructions does it mention you need to purchase/obtain this critical part. Not a good experience.2
