Missing parts from box - only had 15 days to checkMichelleI purchased this in April for our Nursery and was very excited. Looks great for its price point. Unfortunately too great.
I live 7 hours away from the nearest IKEA and decided to stock up ahead of time while in Toronto and set up the furniture later in my pregnancy.
When opened up the two boxes for this item I realized I am missing the bottom shelf. I can’t safely set this change table up without it. I called IKEA to request a bottom shelf for it and was flatly told I had only 15 days to go over the product and ensure all the parts are there.
Needless to say… I am gutted. I am VERY disappointed, to make the 671 km trek down south to shop at this business and find out I’m SOL over a manufacturing oversight. I no longer will be recommending this company.
I haven’t even opened the crib yet. Here’s hoping they packaged that one right.

What is particleboard?
