Best salmon everZoëSo delicious. It’s hassle free meaning it’s boneless and skinless and it melts in your mouth. I thought it would dry up in the oven, but it stayed moist entirely. Amazing salmon and knowing it is responsibly sourced is so important to me. I paired the salmon with a garlic confit mash, carrots and the lemon and dill sauce from IKEA. A friend introduced these to me as they are portioned and skinless. The portions could be a bit larger, but satisfactory for a lunch or dinner meal with veggies. Easy to defrost and cook, quite tasty.
