Soap just dribbles down the sideDavidThe soap doesn’t dispense well and just globs onto the glass and then your countertop. It looks nice, but it sucks. Also I’ve only had it a few months and it’s already rusting.

Liquid soap drips all over down sidesKimberlyI love the appearance of this item. However, when I filled it with liquid soap (I use Dr. Bronner’s), every time I use it, the soap drips down the glass jar and all over my counter. I don’t know what kind of product this is supposed to hold without making a mess everywhere. I would like this product to work, because it looks great. Would love to hear how others are using this so that it doesn’t happen.

The metal part is full of rust after few usesAnthonyWhen dropping soap the metal is rusting, not good quality product.
Beautiful addition to a bathroomAgapiIt fit beautifully in our bathroom and it really is a good quality product. Our only issue is that the spout is short so it can be a bit messy with each pump.
