You can easily take the edging strip and floor decking apart and put it together again, for example if you want to clean the floor underneath.
The floor decking can be cut if you need to fit it around a corner or a pole
You can easily protect your floor decking against wear and tear by reglazing it once or twice a year.
The floor decking can help lower the temperature both on your terrace/balcony and indoors, as wood reflects and conducts less solar heat compared to materials like concrete.

Easy to install, easy to wear outJen-WeiI installed these tiles for my condo balcony. The installation was quick and didn't take much effort, and it looked great after the install. However, even though we don't use the balcony much and it's partially covered by other balconies above, some of the tiles already look very worn out after just a little over 2 years. I definitely don't recommend these and will be looking to replace them with something more durable.
Not RecommendedAnn-LouiseThe finish on this product did not survive one winter. Sure it is easy to install and looks good when new but it did not take long before the finish started to disappear. Little point in installing if it needs to be refinished once or twice every year. Apparently no warranty offered either; would have expected at least a one year warranty. Might be okay somewhere where there is little snow, rain or sun.
Very disappointingMeikeI’m very disappointed with these. I spent a while last summer making a patio with them and they didn’t even make it through one winter. They are advertised for use outdoors but they do not withstand the weather. I cannot believe how ruined they are after only one winter.
I would not recommendMaryI purchased this product to enhance my deck, and while it initially looked good, the results were disappointing. I installed it in July, and by the end of the summer it had already begun to change color. It’s hard to believe the finish didn’t last even one full season, especially with minimal rain exposure.
Given the price, it would have been more cost-effective to hire someone to properly maintain and stain the patio instead. I would not recommend this product unless you are prepared to repaint it every year. I’m also concerned about how it will hold up after the winter.
Easy to installCodou FadilaI took a risk by measuring with my phone app and not knowing if this was the right product for me. I love the vibes! If it last, I will be able to take it with me in my next apartment. Time will tell for the durability. I did take notes of the care instructions. You do need a couple of packs. Even for a little balcony so for me it was a little pricey. But valuable purchase.

Great Affordable AdditionAndrewIt's really made my patio more appealing as the base layer was not the most pleasant to look at. Just make sure you're aware of the acacia version requiring maintenance. I almost bought it until I did some research and actually checked the "care" section of this product. Overall, a great addition!

Would recommend thisHeatherI had old, painted patio stones and wasn’t sure how to improve the space. The Runnen tiles worked well and look great. Some of the spots were not level and my Tasker did the best he could to shim up these spots. Very pleased with the look and the Tasker that was assigned to install. I recommend this product.
Interlocking deck tilesMariaI bought these tiles to put on my balcony which either I had to replace or re paint. I decided to buy these ikea interlocking tiles because of reviews and price. I bought the dark grey. They are easy to install but not easy to cut if you don’t have the right tools. The material is very hard which makes it strong. So far very happy with my purchase and they look amazing.
Discoloration after one year AbbasAlmost all of their colors are gone, wooden ones are not good for outdoor flooring at all.
Balcony flooring „Runnen“HeinzI installed these on the balcony of my Ottawa, Ontario rental Apartment 4 years ago. The balcony is facing south east , so it has full exposure on sunny days for approximately 7 hours. I did the installation myself in spite of a waking disability and found it relatively easy. I had selected the beige Color and it is stunning. For the past 4 years it still looks like new and there is no evidence at all, of deterioration due to UV exposure or summer / winter temperature differences. It hardly needs maintenance, only a damp mopp once in a while. Due to its slight surface texture it is also quite scratch resistant and I move my furniture a lot.

Good quality.CorinnePleased so far with these tiles we used on our balcony. Not too difficult to instal ,just need a saw to fit some tiles. We had heavy rain and just had some beading of water on top. Looks nice and feels nice underfoot.
Great productYasserIt's a great product but needs better quality wood as it's very soft wood. When I drilled a whole is shredded I have to replace 2 tiles to get it right.
