Ratings and reviews
Cute and Compact!LynnetteCompact, with heights adjustable between 44-55cm, ideal for shorter adults. At 30cm, the seat surface is a bit smaller than I’d like. The threads in the mechanism to change height are a tad loose, so the seat turns both while I’m seated, and when I move it. Assembly is medium-easy. I learned the hard way to keep all the screws open by about 12mm at first, attach each of the 4 legs loosely, and then gradually tighten each screw a bit at a time until they’re all closed and the seat is level. I went around the circle approximately 5-6 times. If any screw feels too tight, do not force it! Just move on to the next leg. The wood product used for the legs is very soft and easy to damage. I damaged one leg before I realized that the screws should not be tightened all the way. I was worried it had cracked, but fortunately it was just some crumble around the predrilled hole — cosmetic but not structural. Overall, the stool is cute and fit for purpose.
