Table and chairsMoniqueThe table is big and the pedestal takes a lot of floor space. Expanding feature is cool but takes a lot of room. The chairs: Lovely, but don't have rungs for your feet, and fit awkwardly between the pedestal feet. You need floor space if you don't want a fight when sitting. They don't sit well upside down on the table for cleaning. Observations: The table takes a lot of room, best for a house or very large apartment. The chairs while pretty, had a multitude of cosmetic imperfections. Some parts were rough and only primed, missing or mucked up paint; some in visible areas, some not. While disassembling the chairs I found more imperfections and a few hairline cracks in areas not part of assembly, like the back supports. The seats are definitely a composite wood. Had to return, can't use because my space was too small. IKEA customer service was so helpful and made my experience less stressful.
Great for small spacesMarshaLove this table! It’s great for small spaces and there is no need to find space to store the leaf extension! Was easy enough to put together and is made of solid sturdy material!
Good Price and Good QualityNithinThe item was on promotion and got it for a very good price and its worth the value. The assembly was a bit tricky but figured it out.
extendableShirleyI bought this because I wanted a smaller impact but also wanted the ability to extend . Like that it is all self contained. It seems to leave marks with everything I do on it but the marks are easily wiped away.
