With 3.3w bulb (450)FrancesThis lamp is not only great value, but aesthetically can match anything and is very functional as a reading lamp beside a couch or chair, or even be used beside a desk for lighting (I find table lamps can take up too much space on desks). I bought two of these and they are used everyday! The only “needs improvement” areas I have are the light switch seems quite delicate, so must be careful not to exert too much force. I also think the 3.3w bulb ($1.79 for 2) is best. The 5w bulb ($4.99 for 2) recommended is TOO BRIGHT. If I wanted to create a new version of this lamp, I would offer it in maybe two more colour choices, and also offer a version of this lamp that is 6-8 inches or so taller that would be better with the 5w bulb.
