Table won't lower below about 45"LukeAfter about 8mo or so, the table will no longer lower below about 45" so I'm stuck at a standing position.1
Motor broke now stuckSebastienLike everyone else, the motor broke and its now stuck at the lowest position. Supposed to be under warranty for 10 years but Im stuck in loop with the chatbot. 1
Same Problem as Everyone ElseRobertHad the desk for less than 2 months and the motors stopped working. Of course it happened when the desk was halfway between sitting and standing height. I was advised to push the up and down buttons at the same time to reset the motors and that worked once, but then got stuck again and the reset no longer works. I really expected more from a $500 desk. I hope to see if Ikea resolves this quickly2
