The side screws are almost impossible to assemble, and if they had made the screws just a little longer, they would actually fit. As it is, they don't fit properly at all. I would never recommend this product.1

Disappointed with DurabilityKa WangPurpose of Use: We purchased the RÅSKOG trolley to serve as storage for our children's art supplies, crayons, and small books. It's been a useful item for keeping things organized.
Issue with Quality/Durability: Unfortunately, after only nine months of use, one of the casters (wheels) completely snapped off the trolley frame. The break occurred right at the welding joint where the wheel assembly connects to the metal leg.
Considering the trolley was only used for light items like stationery and books, we are very disappointed that the welding failed so quickly. This suggests a significant flaw in the manufacturing or material quality at this critical stress point.
While the trolley is aesthetically pleasing and functional when intact, the poor longevity makes it a frustrating purchase. It should certainly last longer than nine months under light, indoor use. We hope IKEA addresses this durability issue in future production.2

If anyone else is having trouble with the screws being too short to attach the basket to the frame, I have cracked the code thanks to a Facebook post that states: The newer version (lockable wheels) have trays that must be used in the right order on building. They nest together for efficient packaging and transportation- please check you are using the 1-2-3 trays in the right order.5
