Missing parts and poor customer serviceAnonymous reviewerI purchased this item in store on a trip, and I got home and was so excited to install it. However the first two parts necessary were not included. I called and explained my situation over the phone and they said the only option was to return to the store. Pretty upsetting as I will not be able to return to the store, there isn't one in my area. So now I have basically trash in my house because it cannot function without those parts. Disappointed. I just wanted a refund.
Straight forward installAnonymousBe careful when attaching the cord to the pendant shade. The brass bit clips on to the outside of the shade and the paint comes off very easily. The shade is not a pure white colour so it’s hard to find an exact colour match to cover up where the paint came off.
