Pillow design not awful but very softMarkThis neck pillow is very soft, gave it to friend who prefers soft pillows and soft stuff in general, and even he considered it too soft and useless to support. Also the design is not awful but not great. Honestly, considering ikea has great memory foam pillows I was expecting a lot more. Very disappointed.2

I am a small person so, it is a little too large for me. I hope they make another just a little smaller for small women.5

Good Lombard supportErikaI bought this item to provide some Lombard support while working from home at my dining room table and found the adjustable strap to be very effective at keeping the pillow in place on the chair. I quickly adapted it to strap around my waist so now I also use the pillow to sit on my couch and living room chairs. I am a petite person so most sofas and chairs are too big for me and don’t offer any back support so this pillow follows me everywhere now.5
