Beautiful, sturdy dresserSharonLove the look of this dresser. It’s sturdy, just the right size and has a beautiful walnut finish. The drawers are easy to open and the gold on knobs and feet add a nice touch.5
Fantastic dresser, confusing and tedious instructionsAdelLooks great, but the instructions were quite confusing and easy to mess up on some steps5
IKEA instructions Radmanso dresserMarkBe very careful with the Ike’s instruction manual it is a bit unclear and if you are not extra careful things will be a bit wrong and need to be redone. Also the new click in system is awful, once it is clicked in it is difficult if not impossible to take it apart again - bring back the old style where disassembly was way easier. Product looks nice but a better drawer slide quality would be nice4
Beautiful DresserCleriaThis dresser looks great in our bedroom. It’s definitely a meticulous job putting it together. My husband had to create different holes because the thin wooden board wasn’t lining up properly in the back.
In true ikea fashion it got scratched up easily while we were just moving pieces off the floor. The drawers are very spacious, we do love it so far and don’t regret buying it. 4
BeautifulSaraThis is a beautiful dresser in a mid-century modern style. One person to put this together and instructions were very clear. Some slight veneer issue but it’s near the back of the dresser so we will overlook that. It is heavy AF. Remains to be seen how well the dresser holds up to normal wear and tear. We found that drawers with the same fastening/joint style sometimes come apart and hope it doesn’t happen with this one too.5
Easy beautiful pieceDarianI put this together myself and it took me almost 2 hours. Pay close attention to the instructions and you'll be fine. No weird smells. Its honestly really pretty and the drawers are a great size and glide well. Very happy with the quality and price.5
Gorgeous pieceArfaI’m not sure what people are talking about when they say it’s hard to assemble it was super clear instruction wise, yes it’s a lil more work but it’s worth it. The finish is beautiful, but more on the fragile side so biggest thing to worry about is actually unpacking it!5
Awesome but weird smell KhiaraI have had this dresser since May 29th and I loved the look of it. It still looks amazing. It is very heavy and very fragile so be careful can chip easily. Other than that the new slide in system is cool but definitely need someone to help you put the dresser together because you will mess up and probably build it backwards. The only downside to this dresser is the smell and it's still faint even for as long as I have had it but the scent is slowly going away but smells strong when first assembled for a while 4
Beautifully drawer but…WhitneyBeautifully drawer but drawers aren’t fitting properly. I assembled everything accurately but they aren’t fitting. I will have to redo it…3
Worth it ….. but horrible to put togetherTaraI love it ….. but it took forever to put together and it’s really complicated ☹️ not sure id wanna do it again it’s the new way they design the stuff to have less screws that actually make it more complicated.4
Damaged ProductCoryWhen opening the boxes, it was discovered that each box contained parts that were chipped with one being significant and actually missing a large piece of the corner. This dresser was for a resident moving into a long term care home and we had only 24 hours notice to get the room ready for his arrival. Unfortunately, we weren't able to return the product due it being needed the following day which created a very narrow window. We had no choice but to live with the damaged dresser. Very disappointed in the amount of damage for a brand new product.1
I love it but very fragile KhiaraI love this new sleek look from Ikea. It definitely feels way more luxurious and worth it for the price. The one con is that it is very fragile and while building my partner and I tried our best to be so careful but still got some damage from the product. Although we still love it and will disregard the damage because of how beautiful it looks. 4
Value for item on saleCatherineAssembly not the easiest. Drawers have chemical smell that doesn't seem to disappear.4
Heavy but love itLauraThis dresser is very heavy and the new ikea assembly is worse than the previous steps. Getting the plastic plugs in is almost impossible.
However, now that it’s together I love it. Tons of space. Clean classy look. Large drawers that glide smoothly.5
Great product except smellCarmenThe dresser itself functions as it should. Looks fantastic. However it has a chemical smell that won't go away. It was purchased and put together well over a month ago and wiped down inside&out , sprayed , drawers left open for weeks and the odor remains. Hopefully it goes away and I am able to use it some time soon.3
Beautiful but assembly was awfulMeganThis dresser is beautiful. The drawers are spacious. I'm happy with it now that it's assembled. But assembly was the worst of any IKEA product I've ever owned! Instructions were very unclear on the direction of pieces, and correcting anything required complete disassembly and starting almost from the beginning. Attaching the long, heavy top and bottom pieces was so difficult. It has to catch and slide on 6 spots, and every time, one spot didn't catch. You can't see whether the middle ones are catching, you just have to check afterwards, and they didn't catch on so many attempts!4
Beautiful piece, crazy heavy when emptyHeatherI became obsessed with this piece once I saw it, and knew it'd be perfect for my room. Acquiring it was lengthy as I had to wait awhile for it to come into stock. 3 boxes, each 50lbs, meant I had to have some help with loading and unloading the vehicle. Putting it together was fine, though I made one mistake of putting the top portion on upside down as I was rushing. The instructions were very simple to follow. When the shell is constructed, without inserting the drawers, it's WILDLY heavy. A very durable piece. I needed help maneuvering it into the final resting spot. I am very happy with it now that it's complete, and don't plan on moving it for the next 10yrs.5
CheapWendyI had this dresser for 3 months and the paint has started to chip off leaving white marks.1
Colour not same as picturedLisaNice piece, but disappointed with the colour. Pictures show as more of a grey/brown undertone when it’s actually quite reddish brown . Picked this because it would match our flooring, but actual colour totally clashes.2
Retro funLauraThe only thing I would change about this dresser is how the drawers close because they basically slam shut (loudly) and everything on top of the dresser rattles. Needs a nice soft close, and then it's PERFECT. Can't go wrong with the price, the size, and it's fun vintage/retro-look. Sure it's only a particleboard finish, but it looks decent and the sliding drawers have actual depth to them when fully extended.5
