The handle is adjustable in 2 positions.
If you want, you can remove the bag from the stroller and carry it by the rolled-up locking handle.
You can adjust the closure according to how much you fill the bag, and the 2 buttons hold the contents in place.
Inside the bag there is a small detachable net bag where you can store things that you want to reach quickly.

Perfect!!JonI purchased it to carry my portable battery (Bluetti AC50B), and it's perfect! I didn't know that the inside is sealed and seems waterproof. I plan to bring the battery pack to trade shows, but I don't want to carry it by hand. I measured the battery and it fits perfectly at the bottom of the bag, plus I still have a ton of room for other things I can bring with me! Wheels seem very sturdy too and good for rough terrain. Seems to absorb some shock too, so I definitely recommend (for now) to carry a battery pack (6.7kg).
