The curved back ensures that you sit comfortably.

This 2-seater bench goes just as great with an outdoor dining table as on its own on the balcony, patio or in the garden.

The red colour lights up your balcony or garden and makes the bench a given eye-catcher in your green oasis.

Plastic feet protect the furniture when in contact with a damp surface.

The back's curved, decorative shape together with the straight slats of the seat and sides gives the bench a traditional expression with a genuine feeling of craftsmanship.

The furniture is made of acacia, a naturally durable and sturdy hardwood because of the high density of its wood fibers.

    Care

    The best way to extend the life of your wooden outdoor furniture is by cleaning it regularly and not leaving it outdoors unprotected more than necessary.

    Clean: Use a mild soapy solution. Wipe dry with a clean dry cloth.

    Maintenance: To prevent the surface from drying out and cracking, and moisture from penetrating into the wood, we recommend you to re-stain the furniture on a regular basis, for example once or twice a year.

    Storing: If possible, store in a cool dry place indoors. If the furniture is stored outside, cover it with a waterproof cover. After a rain or snowfall, wipe off excess water or snow from flat surfaces. Allow air to circulate to avoid condensation.

    To increase the stability of your furniture, re-tighten the screws at least once per season.

  • This chair has been tested for public use and meets the requirements for safety, durability and stability set forth in the following standard: EN 581.

IKEA reddish bench-Very easy to assemble but I’m disappointed in the colour. It’s not as “red” as in the picture and is more a red stain that looks like cherry wood. I might be painting it. Still good value for the price. 3
Beautiful bench but it has split in key areaMWe've had this bench for nearly a year and it is outside in an area that is covered and protected from the elements year round. We absolutely loved it and thought it was sturdy. But I just noticed that the front piece of the seat has now split in several places. We live too far to take the product back; so disappointed!!!!2

Super easy to assemble for this 70 year old female. Very attractive though it did have two chips on one of the back spindles but IKEA made it right with me.

Very easy to assemble and adds a lot of charm to my backyard. I hope it stands up to the weather but will plan to bring it inside once we get into wet Pacific Northwest autumn.

“I wanted to create a bench that encourages relaxing and socializing. The shape of PÄRONHOLMEN is inspired by traditional garden sofas and the colour reminds me of a typical Swedish red cottage. It’s a warm and romantic colour that goes just as well in a garden as on a balcony in the city. I hope that it will entice people outdoors to sit down and chat, relax and spend time together – and that the bench can be enjoyed by many generations."
