Very Fragile freezer drawer linerKeithHello, the freezer drawer liner broke almost immediately with no obvious force. I repaired it myself initially with a sheet of plastic but now there is a second hole. I cannot seem to find who even manufactured this refrigerator and hence cannot determine if a replacement liner can be purchased. I asked IKEA store staff who manufacturer was and they did not know. Not sure where to turn. Does anyone know who makes this and is there a parts list???
DisappointedMilanaUnfortunately , my experience has been disappointing. The refrigerator stopped working within the first year and had to be replaced. The replacement refrigerator has now stopped working again after only four years of use, and it is no longer covered under the extended warranty.
These repeated failures have raised serious concerns about the quality and reability of the fridge. While the warranty's an important factor in my purchase decision, the overall experience has not met expectation. Based on my experience , I would not recommend this fridge.
Water filter impossible to replaceJosephI couldn’t find a water filter replacement anywhere in Canada. And I don’t see any action taken by IKEA. And the IKEA responses to the other reviews about the same issue provide no solution whatsoever other than asking to contact customer service which really not impressive. This not an individual problem but rather a whole product line problem that requires some more effective action/solution. It’s sad to see such a big brand drop the towel like this.

If you will give me an email I will be more that happy to say something however I would rather you call me. I have been talking to the store and I am allowed to return the fridge. I know you do not manufacture theses item however it is your name on them.
DissatisfiedKenWe bought this fridge 3 years ago. The first one broke down and we returned it for a new one. Now the second is doing the same thing but this time we are dealing with services which sucks. We are going to the store to see if we can return this one. We have been calling about the problem since March and the issue is still not addressed.

No replacement water filter availableEddieLike other reviews on the web, you CANNOT find a replacement water filter for this fridge. So what good is it really if you can't find replacement parts.
DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGESandraAlthough the fridge seems to work fine, finding a replacement water filter is impossible. The fridge is made by Midea and the filters only seem to be available in the US and are mostly out of stock everywhere. No other filter seems to fit. So everything is fine until you need a water filter! I will never buy another Ikea appliance, since they don't provide the proper support or parts. I bought the fridge as I was getting a new Ikea kitchen and wanted to ensure the fridge fit into the design properly.

I’m very happy with thisAnonymous reviewerI’m very happy with this fridge. The only reason it’s not a 5 out of 5 for me is the depth. It’s counter depth but still sticks out quite a bit compared to my last fridge. My house is 30 yrs old so maybe my cupboards aren’t as deep as newer kitchens or ikea cupboards.
