Favourite part . The fabric is a swishy sort of gauze, and it’s crumpled but don’t iron it! Once you install it, it stretches out and shows no wrinkles at all.
It’s extremely easy to disassemble as well.
Turn off with foot using a chunky floor switch
It is larger than it looks and don’t forget to take the width of the base into consideration as the legs are angled out making it larger than expected.

I own other ikea lamps which I have had for at least 30 years, with a paper shade which are great and natural, but I really love this one as it has a light fabric to it which steps up the material quality of it. I ma not sure if this was part of the product description or not (I might have overlooked it) but it would be helpful to include it as part of the description on the website.
It would also be nice to have additional wood stains or colours for the legs to match the room decor.
