We love the color and finish on the lamp (brushed brass), and love the shade effect the lamp shade does on the wall (must use the recommended light bulb - see product description - for that to happen). Easy to turn on/off with a simple button. Sturdy, doesn't seem like it could topple over... Of course, very easy assembly.
