not the bestTi had a problem attaching it to the ceiling octagon box. it can only be put up one way, which assumes the octagon box is mounted in the right direction. there isn’t a bar or adapter included, and when you need to use one, the light doesn’t sit flush with the ceiling.
Poor build quality/quality checkNidhiThe threads of the light cover (the ring) are chipped for 1/4 lights and were a pain to screw on and are still a bit lopsided, which means you can see the black edge where the cap and fixture meet. We bought 2 sets and both of them have this issue.
Not able to move the trackKunalWho thought having the mounting bracket gave only 4 fixed holes to mount it to the junction box was a smart idea? You only fix at 90 degree angles. That means, you won’t get it straight in different orientations. I’m suspicious of the 5 star reviews not having this issue or ignoring it all together.

Not standard fitting!TrishThe plate that is supposed to attach to the ceiling plate is not a standard fit. It means the track cannot be installed straight but has to be at an angle. That wouldn’t look good at all so we are going to have to find a solution such as drill new holes in the plate. We are hoping to get advice and help from our local hardware store.

This could have been a great tracklightMichaelBuild and design is nice, but the mounting system is awful. You better hope that your junction box is straight because this light can only be mounted at 90 degree angles.
A bigger issue is the fact that the bar itself doesn't cover the mounting plate - you can see exposed screws and mounting points ... The pictures online don't show this... which is a bit of a misrepresentation. In most homes in Canada, you won't be able to mount it flush like the pictures along with no mounting plate exposed.

Nice fixture but mounting point *not* adjustableAnonymous reviewerThis is a very nice line of lights (I've bought several of the 3-light variants) however wanted to point out that the mounting point of the fixture to the ceiling is *not* adjustable. From the manual (and even one of the in-store displays) it looks like it should be possible to move the junction box cover (where the ceiling wires come through) to any of the three screw positions (so you could left-mount or right-mount the fixture) - however, the ceiling junction box cover plate is permanently affixed to the center position so that's not possible. It's too bad as this would have been a perfect solution for people (like me) whose junction box isn't *quite* in the right location - but hopefully, I can save someone else a trip. Otherwise value, quality, and finish are wonderful.

GreatRaquelI have been using this lamp for a week and so far, so good! I am thrilled that I can use a dimmer switch with the bulbs. For a track light, it's the most modern, minimal one I could find. I have electrical issues in my place so halogens were shorting out often and costing me a lot of money for replacement bulbs. The LEDs are great- silent and bright- all I could ask for in a bulb.
