Broken after 2,5 years of gentle useVictoriaBought this sofa three years ago, and had no issues for 2,5 years. After that the plastic caps that hold the wooden slats got broken one by one, and the sofa became unusable. I called regarding warranty, and the claim was denied. I had to go to the store and talk to the manager, who agreed to refund only the frame. When the team came to pick the frame, it turned out that it had to be disassembled, which wasn’t communicated to me initially. I had to schedule the second appointment and disassembled the frame. Finally I got a refund for the frame. I had to throw out the mattress and the cover, because they don’t fit any other futon sofa on the market. The whole process was difficult and uncomfortable.

BEWARE.DaveI had the same model for at least a dozen years without any major issues. I purchased a new one in September and it's falling apart. (Yes, I assembled it correctly. And yes, it has been treated gently!) They use flimsy plastic caps to hold the wooden slats onto the frame. The caps are all broken or cracking, so the wood gets loose and falls to the floor. What a shame.
This may be the worst “couch” I’ve ever had displeasure of sitting on, let alone, purchasing.ColinThe angle is incredibly awkward and BAD. Constantly feel like you are sliding off. Feels terrible for posture. Looks, quite frankly, depressing. Feels wrong to actually sit on. The overhang when in “couch” mode is incredibly uncomfortable. The angle in couch mode is not adjustable and is bad. Creeks like it’s breaking whenever you sit on it. Doesn’t feel anything like demo couch in store. I sincerely wish would have paid a couple extra hundred dollars for a significantly better product. Only positive note is ease of construction. Thumbs down.

Decent Product except for theDaylinDecent Product except for the fact that there are moving parts and that could cause a problem as I face this issue at least 2-3 times a week while converting it from bed to sofa. Could be a mechanical failure as I have double checked on the fixtures. Overall it is really good, I may have received a faulty one.
