Low quality frame!SreepoorneshThe frame comes with wooden planks that are secured with low-quality plastic holders, which WILL break! Happened to me TWICE! The piece cannot be changed individually, hence the whole thing will need to be replaced.1
Poor Quality SandeepPlastic caps are holding the wooden frame. As soon as you sit on it they snap and replacement part is not available either. You have to buy the whole wooden frame again for $2001
