Perhaps a good fit for fellas of larger frame, but then the lack of width doesn't support that angle, so not quite sure who was the target audience here. Returned the item and had more pleasant experience with the staff than this. Some other options are popular for reasons. My words.3

Bought this as a travel pillow as it is a bit shorter than full size pillow so fits in baggage better but still comfortable. Good support.

How to care for your ergonomic pillow

With a little care, you can prolong the life of your ergonomic pillow and keep it fresh. It is important that you do not wash the foam, as this will affect the pillow's quality and function. However, you can always wash the outer pillow cover. Remove the cover from the foam and machine wash at max. 60°C, regular cycle. Tumble dry on low heat, max. 60°C.
