The product is too weak (I suspect it is defective)ChunghwanOn August 29th, I purchased several items, including four NÄTBARB pots, from the Coquitlam IKEA store. Today, September 1st, I boiled the pots for the first time, and they quickly developed numerous cracks, rendering them unusable. My family moved to Canada a week ago, and not having any other cooking utensils has been incredibly inconvenient. Since I'm still in the early stages of adjustment, I don't have the time (or schedule) to go directly to the IKEA store for a refund, so I'm requesting a return online and documenting it here.1
