broken after 5 monthsBillinI wish I could upload my photos to show the broken furniture. DON'T BUY THIS CHEAP KNOCK-OFF. The lid is so fragile and it collapsed when I sat on it. Fortunately I grabbed something nearby so I didn't get hurt. By the way, they don't allow me to return or give me a refund, no warranty at all. I have to say this is a piece of garbage and their services are garbage too. This is my last time buying things from IKEA. I'm sick of the poor quality and their cheap attitude. The product can be cheap but you can't treat your customers cheaply. 1
it's very hard to hammer it. BillinI love the size and height as a piano bench, but it's extremely hard to hammer the nails onto the lid, actually it's impossible. I was hammering so hard but the nail didn't go in. I strongly suggest that it should be redesigned to have screw-able nails. Now you need to use bruteforce to hammer the nail in, it's crazy. Lastly, the chair is wobbly, so you have to use a sticky pad for one of the legs. 3
Looks nice in my bathroomEwaIt is a very good-looking and functional addition to my light blueish/greenish and white bathroom with a "beach" theme. Very quick and easy to assemble, but not all the brown plastic "screws"/knobs fit properly. It is mat, doesn't have a very smooth texture, but for me it's not a problem, since it is not being used as a stool, but as a shelf and a little hamper, and it functions perfectly as such. I like it a lot, and I hope the white paint will not become yellow over time, as parts of Ikea's bathroom vanity did.4
