Legs break easilyRaminI bought one a year ago, and just a few weeks ago, one leg got loose. I screwed it back, but it came off again. The wooden part is totally worn and cannot hold the screw. I called IKEA for support, but they don't have the spare parts, and they don't exchange it either.
Not reliableRouzbehI have already returned my first purchase as one of the stool legs was lose.
Astonishingly the replacement was worst and one leg was completely lose, I opened the screws of the leg fitting and added glue in the hole of wooden leg where the iron bold was placed.
Due distance from my home I cannot keep on moving back and forth to change a product, but this has caused to look for replacement stores to buy products from.
