Walnut Veneer color is off and pattern is looking like vinyl repeatAkshaySaw this in the Ikea store so ordered 2 through online order. The table top is absolute disappointment. If there was option here to attach photos with the review I would definitely attach to show what I have received. Table top color is off and pattern is striped and repeat like a cheap vinyl print. I have a solid wood in house for flooring I know wood grains and pattern but whatever is on these tabletops is certainly not even wood veneer it looks like printed vinyl with exact patterns repeated. Contacted customer care for replacement and they said they will arrange replacement for one but not sure for other. DO NOT buy Walnut Veneer by seeing what you see in the store.
Great DeskNinaI had a sit and stand desk before too but it was much smaller. This one is just the right size because I have so many piles of stuff (work, personal, kids), lets me be organized.
Great table! QingyuMe and my brother assembled together. The instruction was hard to understand so we followed a YouTube video. But AMAZING!

Wriggling desk topYingAfter some time of being used, the top started to move slightly to one direction when somebody presses down on it and then move back when they let go.Not stable and very annoying.We never put anything heavy on the desk, just a laptop.
prints on the tabletop have color mismatchQiao Yingthe tabletop has prints of two different birch colors. There is a big color gap between the two print colors, the darker color prints sit wide in the middle, making the table top looking like a connection of three different pieces. Now I have to figure out how to return or change the top, such a big hussle

Good standing desk!Anonymous reviewerI recently got the desk a few weeks ago. It's really heavy and several parts are included. The building process was challenging because the legs are built for different table top dimensions and you have to guess and check along the way. The table is really big and moves up and down nicely. compared to another standing desk I had, the height extends really tall and the colour options are great. This desk is more on the expensive side, but the pro is that you can rebuy any parts from Ikea if damaged. Cable management is fine, I barely notice the felt covers, and you definitely need to buy the outlet brick to match the desk as it fits this model.
only con would be the total price of the desk plus the outlet bar -- 4 stars
A great desk...PierreI assembled this over the weekend and I am happy with the result.
My only concern was with the cable management being made of felt. I would have preferred something more sturdy like hard cardboard. An option to add a light metal cable management system would be nice. (I might do this but it will likely void the warranty...)
Also, out of the blue the control module light turned orange. Not sure why but the reset process isn't complicated and hasn't done that since.
The motion of the desk is smooth and if it encounters an obstruction, it handles this very well.
My only concern is how the warranty would be honored if one of motors broke down. It's not something that could easily be replaced from what I see but hopefully it never comes to that.
The price is a bit high but it seems to be worth it for the quality of the materials used.
Overall, very satisfied so far.
3 IssuesBjornIt's a good looking sit/stand but on the pricey side for how long it takes to assemble. Three issues: one of the table top holes was pre-drilled 1/8 of an inch outside of the frame hole, made for an awkward and imperfect assembly; there is no strap included or shown on the parts list but the instructions refer to a strap and and two screws out of no-where; the cable management box is 100% made out of felt, not a durable material and difficult to feed cables through to the openings at the side.
