Solid, stable, and adjustableJamesI was looking for a stable desk that could get down to 26 inches in height. That's surprisingly difficult to find, everything is 28 inches or more. But this desk fit the ticket. I'm glad to say that it is very stable, and the desktop feels sturdy (must be particle board as its much heavier than the paper filled desktop that ikea sells). The cable management is not bat at all, it definitely keeps my desk less cluttered. I was able to put this together by myself in about 1.5 hours. It was relatively simple, in my opinion. I'm glad that I bought this desk, I think it's reasonably priced for the quality you receive, and I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for something simple, sturdy, and adjustable (without being sit/stand, as you set the height and then changing height involves some disassembly)5
