You can adjust the shelves to fit different things, and adjust them again whenever you need to. Adjustable shelves help you use your space more efficiently.
It’s easy to keep sockets and cables out of sight but close at hand with the cable outlet at the back.
You can mount the legs to the right or left, according to your space or preference.
You can attach magnets to the metal surface and use it as a pin board.

Excellent product but...TinaA great desk however the instructions leave a lot to be desired. Each part included needs to be clearly identified by an alphanumeric identifier! The lack of identification makes assembly much more difficult because you are left trying to distinguish between similar parts through a tiny illustration-extremely frustrating. Such a large company could do better.

Abandon all hope if you want to install a keyboard trayDanielI had no difficulty assembling the desk. However, because the desk top is essentially hollow I was unable to install a keyboard tray. No type of drywall or hollow board anchor that I have been able to source will work. IKEA designers should know better.

Super cute and lots of space for organizingRoshniJust built this desk, and I have to say it was a bit tricky since the parts weren’t labeled and we had a bit of a hard time figuring out which piece was which, but other than that super easy build. Looks really cute in my room it’s pretty small so this fit perfect. The shelves are great I love that they’re customizable, and the desk even has a whiteboard? Overall amazing
Space saving done tastefully !!SueThis desk is beautiful for such a small footprint !! It’s sturdy and the design well thought out. Although it recommends a second person to assemble - it took me (single late 50’s female) 4 hours/an evening to assemble - which I thought quite reasonable !!
Annoying to build and moveJenniferThis desk is extremely difficult to build and move around . Not only is the desk very heavy but it is so large and hard to pick up. The 2 boxes the desk came in were over 60lbs in weight. Also you can’t drag this desk as the legs are not supported as much as you’d think. If you need to move it, it’s better to partially disassemble it and lift it. Also you really need a powered drill. There is no way a human can turn those screws all the way in by hand. It took me around 4 hours spread over 2 days to build this. I partially gave up on the first day when I realized the desk’s corner shape wouldn’t fit through my office door and I had to rebuild it in the office instead of in my open living room. Price wise, it’s a bit expensive for what you get . But there are not a lot of options at ikea for desks like this. And this is the only corner desk I could find in stock anywhere nearby where I live.
Greatly disappointed / Poor qualityMohammadMy son likes this desk but after having spent $229 approx and spending hours to assembling it i was disappointed greatly. when we moved the desk,the back leg snapped off which was supporting the entire desk and when i went to ikea for the spares the guy at the returns/spares told me that i have to bring back the broken part too. So i have to spent another 15-20 minutes taking out that part n drive back again to return it and get a new spare. Seriously its so annoying. I dont understand why It is made of a thin hollow particleboard material where as it should have been made of some solid material because it takes the enitre load of the desk. I dont think i would be needing this desk anymore as its really not worth spending that kind of money for this much poor quality.
Load bearing leg is hollow particle boardJamieMy daughter loves this desk but I was disappointed when we moved and the back leg snapped off and was supporting the entire desk. It is thin hollow particleboard. This load bearing leg should be metal.
Almost perfectCamileIt’s great. Practical, good shelves, easy enough to build, etc. It would be nice to have a keyboard tray though, and if there were an option to have the open metal square side on the OTHER side, because if it were I would have a much easier time reaching the electrical outlet to plug my computer into. It’s ALMOST perfect.
Micke corner work stationBillEasy to assemble. The 2 corners (left-Right)protruding out in the front where your forearms rest are sharp and very irritating. I purchased a rubber molding at Cdn Tire to cover the ends. They should be rounded out.

Decent Compact Corner DeskKrystal-AnneThe instructions weren't their best, especially for indicating which of the pieces for the side shelf supports go to which side. I would have rated this higher if the shelving pieces were an optional add-on instead of the desk & shelves being altogether. We would have preferred a desk-only option. You also need to take the shelf part off of the desk in order to move it through doorways.
