Zipper section broke off quicklyErinThis mattress comes in two parts. The parts are zippered together (to fold with the futon). The zipper broke on the mattress I purchased and they wouldn't accept a return. They said this was normal "wear and tear" but I had it for only a month. Now it's just a waste of $200 as it doesn't function as it should with the zipper being broken.
Perfect ParissaIt is convenient and easy to use and it doesn’t require much place in your house to rest and you can compact as a sofa I really enjoyed it

Surprisingly firm.MarkWe purchased the futon and mattress to serve as a couch in a spare room and a bed for our guests. I've slept on it several times now and find that it is firm enough that my back is supported very well and I wake up with no pain. If anything I would have to say that it may be a little bit too firm and I may be purchasing a mattress topper just to make it a bit more comfortable when sleeping. The seat and sleeping height is quite low and may be difficult for mobility challenged individuals to stand up from. In saying all of this, we are very happy with our purchase.
