No Quality control ArnawazJust bought this chair from IKEA it is comfortable but the part that attaches to the chair is bent & in bad shape. Wish where was a way to attach pictures to a review.
Good-looking but uncomfortableJerryI love the way the chair looks and it goes very well with my minimalist apartment setup. Sadly, I started getting a severe pain in my lower back after a few weeks of sitting on it. I find the chair to be hard on the lower back and the curved sides poke against the hips from both the sides adding to the discomfort. I'm only sharing my experience but it is completely possible that you find the chair just fine.
Scratched floorsCarolynWe just bought a number of these chairs for our kids. While the chairs themselves are fine, the wheels will very noticeably scratch hardwood floors, even after just 1 week of use. We placed Ikea floor mats to protect the floor, and even the mats are scratched. Very disappointed. Previously we have used Ikea office chairs on our wood floors with no issue.

Rolls smoothlyDougHas a nice fit. I’m 6’3 and fits like a glove. It’s glides super smooth when you sit on it. Good/bad it doesn’t roll with no weight on it, but it’s okay considering you don’t want it rolling around anyway.

It’s simpleLynnIt’s simple but more for a kids room. It has a lock feature so the wheels don’t roll unless sitting on it. I’m returning it since to pull it from the desk to sit on it, it scratches at the floor since m not sitting yet.
The chairs keep getting better AnonymousHad to replace my old ikea chairs on wheels. The new replacements are more comfortable, bigger and come with a lift handle. Very practical! We love them plan to buy more.
