Looks nice in photos, but lacking in qualityStephanieWe recently purchased this. But needed to return it immediately. Upon opening the box and assembling we noticed multiple defects on the tabletop. These included scratches and an area that looks like it had been wood puttied on the tabletop.2
Great table, poor serviceSiavashI purchased this table from IKEA Ottawa. While the product itself is of good quality, the one I received was already assembled and showed signs of prior use, such as small scratches and dents on the surface. Interestingly, the previous owner had installed floor protectors on the table legs, leaving one still attached, which led to dust and hair accumulating underneath. Though I am aware that I could return it, the inconvenience of transporting it back due to its size not fitting in my hatchback and not wanting to rent a van from Home Depot has led me to assemble the table despite these issues. This experience falls short of what I typically expect from IKEA.2
