Old school install and rustDonnaI thought Ikea would be more advanced in there products, The mounting of the sink is over 40 years old style with clamps and if you have larger hands, almost impossible to install. The stainless steel also marked and discoloured a rust colour from a metal tea strainer from just overnight sitting. My old brand would not do this. I didn't think this one would. I was sad.
Nice looks but get RUSTNazIt's a beautiful looking sink. In less than a year, there is rust in my LANGUDDEN stainless steel sink! I haven't seen rust in my other stainless steel kitchen sink in 25 years. Disappointed.
Great looking sink but scratches easilyStephanieI really like this sink but I'm finding little scratches around the top surface adjacent to the counter. I've no idea what is causing these but it does seem to scratch easily. The attachment system is really fragile and not confidence inspiring at all. It was a big struggle to get it installed in the counter.
Love the size, shape, and price butPattiThe first one was scratched when we opened it. IKEA was great about us returning it. However the second one we bought us now installed and it Scratches so easy also. So after only a few months it is quite worn. I probably would buy one of the more expensive ones and really consider durability in the store if I had to do it over.
