A small investment - ESSENTIALPeterThis may be the best thing I have ever bought from Ikea. Will easily attach to any table within seconds.
I work from home, and like to stay hydrated. I fill empty wine bottles with water that I drink during my work day. A bottle easily fits in the cavity.
This attachment will give you peace of mind that you won't accidentally spill anything on your keyboard or your desk. It's wide enough to hold a whole water bottle. In the winter, I keep coffee mugs in it, and the slot allows easy access to the mug handle.
If you are a klutz, or just want to work without worrying about spilling anything on your desk, I highly recommend this. In fact, I am going to buy more to give as a gift to friends.
My only complaint is that I wish it was available in different colours.
Excellent value for money
AwesomeGordonThis cup holder is phenomenal! The size is quite large, and that's a good thing since it'll hold pretty much any kind of cup/mug you have at home. If you don't happen to have a mug, it also works well as a phone holder. The mount to the desk is VERY well built and high strength. The knurling and polishing on the knob is a very nice detail.
While it's a "gamer" centric product, i do use it on my work desk and it also happens to work well on my board gaming table too.
Highly recommended!
