Board-on-frame is a strong and lightweight material with a frame in wood, particleboard or fiberboard and a recycled paper filling. It requires less raw materials and is easy to transport, which reduces the environmental impact.
You can mount the table top at a height that suits you, since the legs are adjustable between 60-90 cm.

I got the Olov legs because they’re adjustable, but they were slightly annoying to get level and was pretty wobbly on the carpet until I got it perfect. Once you get the legs right, it’s pretty sturdy.4
