The zipper makes the cover easy to remove and machine wash.

I have found other colours to co-ordinate with some of the colours in the pattern in the past (at IKEA of course) The yellow in the pattern has been difficult to match. Either too bright or too gold. New styles and colours are always coming in so kept trying. Finally!! The right match!! The perfect mellow yellow!!
