good microwave, bad lightJasserThe microwave is great. It's attractive, roomy and works as it should. My problem is that since it's over the stove you'll be using this as your light source when cooking. The light on this is extremely dim. It doesn't light the cook surface enough at all so don't use this if your kitchen doesn't already have a lot of lighting over the stove.

DisappointedJDue to size and weight, had to wait 3 weeks for installation. Only then was it discovered that a small but vital part was missing - box was searched thoroughly. Apparently missing parts are provided at no cost if reported within 7 days. Was not aware of this policy. So the microwave is being returned. Not what I expected from Ikea.
Good if you can figure out how to work it. Manual is not very helpful.EdwinaCan not figure out how to properly defrost. Only defrost cook which cooks the outside edges while defrosting the product
