Ir doesn't come with it and while trying to lach it the border of the stand came off; you need to find the perfect screws and lach it very gently but with precision else it would fall. Its more difficult to assemble that a full.soze bed1

Worst shelf ever TiffinyUnless you have concrete walls (maybe) or don’t plan to put anything on these, they are useless. Put my plant on one, and it immediately fell off the wall. I used the same anchors as all my other shelves, and I wasn’t trying to put giant trees or anything on them 😢 Sad because the look beautiful 1

Not very sturdy, difficult to installCristinaNot sure if it really deserves the second star, maybe 1 and a half is better. I spent a good four hours installing two of these shelves, and it was incredibly frustrating. There is no way to mark where the holes should be on the wall (the hardware is attached to the back of the shelf), and this makes it very difficult to get right. I placed the screws (not included as different walls need different types of screws) in the proper spot, but it is incredibly difficult to put the shelf in on top of them. Even with the shelves installed properly, I'm nervous to put anything heavy or even moderately heavy on them- there is a considerable wobble if I push on them from above or below. Even if it IS supposed to be a nightstand, I'd feel a little scared to put a lamp or a heavy book on it, I feel like it would crash down. The shelf would have been better if it was set up like the larger LACK shelf, which was way easier to install and much, MUCH sturdier.2

Avoid - Far from the usual Ikea product qualityKevinDoes not come with screws and plugs to put into the wall to mount it. This should be a no brainer to include. The intructions should also contain a template that you can tape up against the wall so you get the screw and hole distance and aligment correct. Very difficult to get the shelf level as a result. The shelf is very weak and can't hold much weight. The Shelf is hollow inside and not made of solid wood. I had to install a bracket under it to make it more solid which defeats the purpose of a floating shelf. Do no buy. You can find much better floating shelves elsewhere.1

May end up wobblyAnonymous reviewerWe've bought 5 of these shelves (they are perfect for the spots we want) and because they're not wide enough to be screwed into two beams, one of ours has perpetual tiny wobble (enough to make us nervous enough that we cant keep a glass of water on it). Have tried to change the drywall molly and moved its spot, but still wobbly. All others have no issue. So we suspect it's the shelf and not the screws. Otherwise they're great! 4
