Lack TV Bench (black)MichaelSo easy to assemble, a rachet set with Philips bit and slotted bit will help assemble the bench so much faster than the provided Hex Alen key. I don't recommend power tools, you might strip the screws.
I picked up the black TV bench.
Yes it is light and not solid wood, at this price, when compared to other department stores (Walmart), this would be the premium end of Lego :) build your own furniture.
I got this for a new 55" TV, a little advice, if not wall mounting your TV, measure the legs to make sure the new TV will fit the existing furniture, otherwise you'll need a new TV bench.
Took it home in my Rio, with the back seats folded flat and had to move forward the passenger front seat.

Lack TV shelfLawrenceFor the price, this is a great unobtrusive TV bench. Very easy (as expected) to put together. Easily fits ~40” diagonal TV screens. The shelf below is best for smaller items.
