Would not purchase againMaeThe old style spatula with the flatter edge that was sold in December was more user friendly. The rounder edge of the Knorrhane does not move food from the bottom of the pan well. An example is making a roux or sauce. The knorrhane moved a thin line from the bottom of the pan whereas the older style moved sauce the width of the spatula.2
