2-It is a hassle to open it. Every time I come so close to breaking it. I was sure there was a proper way to open it. While looking for instructions I found out it is not only me that has problem with opening it.

Difficult to open RobertDon't bother - it's far too difficult to open!
Needs some adjustingAnnaThe typical bunch that is sold in markets is much bigger and so despite my enthusiasm at improving my fridge organizing, these need to be re-designed. I do like the concept of a window so you can access clippings but it's too thin a container. Likewise, the bottom needs to have some suction cups or something because if it does topple over, then water will spill all over.

Very janky - doesn’t live up to Ikea’s usual standardsBinduDisappointing quality. The opening of the plastic dome is very poorly designed - awkward, noisy, and difficult to open. Even when it’s empty, it gets stuck each time and requires several attempts to open fully. I can’t imagine how frustrating it would be with delicate herbs inside. This does not feel like a typical Ikea product; it’s more reminiscent of something you'd find on eBay.
The plastic itself feels brittle and the fact that you have to squeeze the sides to open it is especially concerning. The material listing doesn’t mention if it’s food-safe. Overall, the quality is way below what I expect and seen from Ikea
