Contact surfaces are covered with Grann – a soft, smooth and strong grain leather with natural variations. Other surfaces have Bomstad, a coated fabric.
The cover is easy to keep clean as it can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Clean with a dust cloth or vacuum lightly using the soft brush attachment.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Protect from direct sunlight to prevent drying out.

No response from Customer Service???JoyI have wanted this couch and ottoman for months but waited and waited for FREE delivery because I think a purchase of this amount should include free delivery.
I received both items on Friday but wasn't able to put them together until yesterday.
When putting the ottoman together I noticed a flaw in the leather in the middle of the top that I am extremely unhappy about.
I don't know that it will affect the wear and tear on this item but it is unsightly and should have not been sold as such. I expect better quality from IKEA and have been shopping with your company since my first bachelor apartment as a University graduate over 40 years ago, so yes, a loyal customer.
I am very disappointed and wish to be contacted about a solution to this error.
