An airy lampshade where your choice of bulb becomes part of the design. When you turn the lamp on, the light spreads through the curved metal wires and creates exciting shadows on the walls of the room.

Create your own personal pendant lamp by combining the lampshade with a decorative bulb and a matching cord set.
You can create different expressions by either using a clear bulb to form lighting effects on the wall, or an opal bulb if you prefer a more evenly distributed light.

The Kinder Surprise of Light ShadesCarolRidiculous. DO NOT remove the packaging & place it down. Imagine a kidney shaped slinky that's tangled in 2 seconds. There's permanently fixed joining clips for the cage that are supposed to be 1 on each side but alas it's IKEA, so no, they put them on the same side; so it doesn't join. I overlapped the wires. The plastic frame for the lightbulb & cord click together like a cheap plastic Kinder Surprise toy. I bought this to replace an an old interm paper shade I had from IKEA -- the paper shade was better. If you buy this, keep Akvavit on hand.

Très décevantMicheleJe n'ai pas eu le temps de la voir assemblée. Je me suis découragée avant de finir. Je savais que je n'étais pas habile dans ce domaine mais l'expérience m'a donné des complexes.
Je l'avais achetée en fin de saison l'an passé pour ma véranda mais je comptais l'installer pour cet été. Trop tard pour retourner.....au recyclage.

Nice Light if you don't want something clunkyRochelleWe enjoy the openness of the wire frame, as black goes in our room, but the light looks minimalistic. There is no actual light socket in the fixture so you need to buy a corded socket that fits in the top. That doesn't fit very well so not sure what's up with that, but we got it to work

Still doesn’t seem to work. Sooo frustrated by the terrible instructions which do not suggest which cord set to purchase. Will probably return even though I love the look of it.
