Creaky, and BAD customer service.AylaI spent an hour on the phone with their customer service and got nowhere. They told me that any refund would be against “store policy” but when I asked them to show me the policy in writing they refused. Eventually they just hung up on me. Highly disappointed in their product and their customer care.1
CreakyAylaThese chairs look nice enough, but after only 2 years of use they creak so much that they are unpleasant to sit on. I am very disappointed that Ikea does not have a warrantee policy on them. Chairs as expensive as these should last more than just two years. 1

Small and uncomfortable MicChair is made for someone less than 100 lbs and about 5’ in height. Otherwise it’s small, uncomfortable and creaky. Legs are unfinished, leaves black marks on the floor. I would have returned but unfortunately ordered online with delivery as the nearest store is over 200 kms away and IKEA only offers an in store return, the cost to ship this back would be equal to the price of the chair. Lesson learned once again, you get what you pay for.2
