Cheerful and timeless MeganI put this light up on my own, we have it in a “hallway” between our kitchen and living room. We chose a pendant light specifically because we have a vaulted ceiling, and previously there was a typical builder grade light from the mid 2000’s - you know the type. It looked silly previously because it was on an angle. This is a very nice size, was easy to adjust the height, and is just a lovely addition to the house. We use an LED IKEA E26 450 lumen, globe opal white in this fixture. I wish I had other places around the house where this fixture would make sense, because I wish I had more.
Nice light, not dimmableRyanthis light looks good but I have a dimmer switch and dimmable LED bulbs and the light will flicker and won't smoothly dim.
I would recommend the light if you don't plan on dimming it.
