Nice fragrance, wasted waxTerryIKEA excels in variety of tea lights in all scents and colours. Aside from the plain white ones that burn right to the end, the coloured/scented ones burn in the middle and leave a lot of unburned wax around the edges. It’s quite a waste, and doesn’t make the “4-hour” burn time usual for tea lights. The Jämtskogen tea lights have a lovely fragrance, but quite a lot of the wax remains when it burns out. Perhaps it’s a poor quality wax, or a poorly designed wick?3

All candles in our range are good at creating a cozy atmosphere and we choose various materials so that we always end up with the best shape, function and quality. Plant-based wax is well-suited for tealights or other candles in holders. The plant-based wax is made from raw materials like rapeseed oil, soybean oil and shea oil – and is a natural result of our decision that all materials we use in our candles will be renewable or recycled at the latest by 2030.
