Secure but not what I was hoping forJamieWhile this system does support the desk nicely it damages the kallax bookcase by requiring holes to be drilled in. So if you ever move or just want to change configuration you may have wholes where you wish they weren’t. I used to have an expedit bookcase (kallax predecessor) and it’s connected by a clamp hinge which was awesome! I was able to sell it when I moved and there was no damage!!

It wasted half of itKwokI shall only need all of them if I fixing the table onto the upright bookshelf. However, I place the bookshelf horizontally, half of it is useless. Is it possible to separate them into 2 packages?
Built a desk using aDavidBuilt a desk using a kallax shelf and lagkapten tabletop. Would have been nice to be able to hide the inlagg parts better but this design needs part of the connector to rest on top. Even if it came with a little plastic cover to hide the bare metal it would get 5 stars from me. Very sturdy piece
