Missing partsRituMy so. Was super excited for this chair but as it is missing parts. I am not sure now what to do. Return the whole thing or try my luck again
Parts pleaseMeWe love this chair, we have a couple that don’t spin anymore as do most people we know. Please please can you sell the rollers and pins that help it spin, it’s much more environmentally friendly to replace a couple of parts than to replace the whole chair
Base comes offJaneIf you want to move this chair, it separates from the base easily. Then you have to try and put it together again. It’s just a small orange plastic piece holding the chair to the heavy base. It should be screwed together more strongly.
Well madeLouiseWell made but needs an insert cushion or some sort of padding. Canopy should not be white - orange, white and black would help hide fingerprints and handprints, definitely needs a patterned canopy.
Hard to transportJoannaUnlike many of the other things at Ikea, this has a huge half egg that makes it quite awkward to transport and carry. I also wish it had various colours to choose from. It is, however, sturdy and fun.

My son loves itSylvieMy son is a year and a half and loves our (adult sized) poang chair. I wanted a kid poang chair but he stands on the big one all the time.
This chair has a solid base that makes it difficult to tip. He does stand in it (not for very long) and it doesn’t budge. He loves spinning and just lounging in it.
I would say, I will be making a custom cushion for him because the red part is just plastic.

Big and not horrible to put togetherAnonymous reviewerBought this for my soon to be 5 year old. The chair is big enough that he's going to fit it for a few more years. Base is solid and heavy to keep is sturdy. Very unlikely it will tip over. Spins smoothly. Would give it 5 stars if is had more colour selection.
