Battery + Tiny Touch Switch + Stylish Design = A Beautiful Dust CollectorHoukaiThis lamp looks cute, which is why I bought it immediately. But after using it for a while, the design flaws became obvious. The diffused glass shade makes it unsuitable for reading or desk lighting. The light spreads everywhere, so it feels glaring up close while still not being bright enough for actual tasks. It works only as an ambient lamp. But as an ambient lamp, it lacks smart-home compatibility. Since it has a built-in battery, you can’t use a smart plug, and there are basically no smart G4 bulb options either. Integrating it into a smart-home setup is impossible. The tiny touch switch is also on the base, and you have to cycle through modes just to turn it off. Realistically, nobody wants to manually do that every day for a decorative light. I can imagine that once the novelty wears off, it mostly becomes a just pretty dust collector.3

among my favourites!TylerLove this cute table lamp from the PS2026 collection! It comes with a rechargeable battery which is replaceable and the orb itself is glass. Overall, feels like a stepped up version of the SOLVINDEN lamp IKEA released last Christmas. Lamp has good battery life and great colour and brightness options. The only minor issue is that sometimes the button on the base for turning on/off is a bit awkward if you have larger fingers. But otherwise this is a perfect little lamp. 5
